Enablement

If you still need us in a year, we did it wrong.

Your teams learn to build, automate and improve on their own. We build the first workflows with them and hand over on purpose.

How we think about it

Capability beats dependency.

Most automation projects create a new dependency: on a vendor, a platform or the one consultant who knows how it works. We design the opposite. The goal is a team that understands every workflow it runs and can change it without a ticket.

01
Start where the work happens

We listen to your teams, map the processes and find what actually blocks performance. Shoulder to shoulder with the people who run the business, not from a strategy tower.

02
Build with, not for

The first workflow is built in your tools, by your people, with us at the keyboard next to them. Every decision is explained while it is made.

03
Hand over on purpose

Documentation, runbooks and a review cadence are part of the scope from day one. Handover is a milestone we plan, not something that happens when the budget ends.

How it works

Four steps from first process to self-sufficient team.

Enablement is the last stage of our engagement model and the one that decides whether the earlier work lasts. It usually runs over a few weeks, in short working sessions, remote or on site.

Step 01
Map the work

Process mapping with the team that does the work. Where does time go, what repeats, what breaks.

Outcome:a prioritised list of candidates and one pilot process
Step 02
Build the first workflow together

Pair sessions on n8n, Make or Airtable. Your team builds, we guide, correct and explain the patterns behind it.

Outcome:a productive workflow your team can read and change
Step 03
Champions model

One or two people get a fixed time budget and a weekly build slot. They become the internal go-to for automation and take on the next processes.

Outcome:named owners with time, not just interest
Step 04
Operate without us

Runbooks, monitoring, a continuous-improvement loop and access to the coompanion academy. We step back on a planned date.

Outcome:a team that runs and extends the stack on its own

What your team ends up owning

Everything. That is the point.

No proprietary platform, no retainer, nothing that only we can operate. If a tool needs a login, your team has it. If a workflow breaks, your team can fix it.

The tool stack

n8n, Make, Airtable and the AI models that fit the process, licensed to you. On your own infrastructure if the data requires it.

Documentation and runbooks

Every workflow documented in the same structure: purpose, trigger, steps, failure modes, owner.

Skills and the academy

Hands-on training for champions and short formats for everyone else, plus access to our academy with patterns and templates.

A continuous-improvement loop

Lean before automation. A review cadence that keeps the process clean, so you never automate waste.

In practice

A city administration that automates its own processes.

A German municipal administration wanted automation that never leaves its own data centre. We set up n8n on their hardware, mapped three processes with the departments and trained a small champions team from IT.

The team built every workflow itself. Three processes run in production today, saving more than 40 hours a month. We never logged in.

The workflows run in production. We have never logged in.
