What we are there for

Why we go.

What we bring to the conversation, and what we want to take home.

Two days, two reasons

We build on n8n every week: in a city administration with four n8n champions, in fleet operations, in document-heavy back offices. In The Loop is where we meet the people behind the platform and the ecosystem around it.

13 October · Partner Day

Sessions for the n8n partner ecosystem: roadmap, what enterprise and public-sector customers ask for, and how partners build on the platform. Marc represents coompanion all day.

14 October · Ecosystem Day

Keynotes, community and ecosystem showcases. Bring the workflow that annoys you most, we like talking about exactly that, and about what it would take to make it run on its own.

What we bring to the conversation

n8n in public administration. How the city administration of Dessau-Roßlau introduces n8n: on-site training, four internal n8n champions as citizen developers, an Automation Atlas with prioritised processes and ongoing support.
Agents in operations. Where agents already carry real work in our projects, where they do not yet, and what has to be true about the process before an agent makes sense at all.
Self-hosted and GDPR-compliant. Automation that stays in the house: self-hosted n8n, local models for sensitive data and audit-proof workflows for organisations that cannot send data anywhere.

Recap

What we took home.

Written by the person who was there

The recap follows after 14 October: three takeaways, the conversations that stuck, and photos from both days.

Questions

About this event.

Short answers for everyone who searches for us, or for the event, before or after it.

What is n8n In The Loop 2026?

n8n’s conference for its partner ecosystem and community. The 2026 edition takes place on 13 and 14 October 2026 at Wilhelm Studios in Berlin, split into a Partner Day and an Ecosystem Day.

Where can I meet coompanion at n8n In The Loop?

Marc Keivan Shakory Tabrizi, Co-Founder of coompanion, is on site on both days. Write a short note to contact@coompanion.io with the topic you want to discuss and we block 20 minutes, or find him via LinkedIn.

Why does coompanion go to n8n In The Loop?

Because n8n is one of the platforms our clients own and run themselves after an engagement, from a city administration with four n8n champions to fleet and real-estate operations. The conference is where we see the roadmap first-hand and talk to the people building it.

Can we talk about our own n8n setup there?

Yes, that is the best use of the two days. Bring the workflow that annoys you most, or the process you have not dared to automate yet. We tell you honestly whether n8n, an agent or neither is the right answer.

Meet us on site.

Twenty minutes on your process is enough for a first read. Write us before the event and we block a slot.
