Events
Trade fairs, partner days, summits and builder weekends where coompanion speaks, mentors, exhibits or simply shows up with a notebook. Operations, automation and applied AI, discussed face to face.
Two days with the n8n team and ecosystem at Wilhelm Studios, Berlin. Partner Day on 13 October, Ecosystem Day on 14 October. Marc is on site both days.
Upcoming
Dates we have in the calendar. If you are there too, write us beforehand and we block a slot for you on site.
Make’s annual conference on automation and AI agents. We build on Make for several clients and come to see what the next twelve months of the platform look like.
The class reunion of the German fleet industry, our third year in a row. Fleet operations are full of repetitive paperwork: fines, tolls, damage files, handovers. That is our home turf.
We bring real cases, not slideware: what a city administration automates with n8n, how a real-estate investor handles 700 documents a month, where agents already work and where they do not yet.
Past events
Every entry gets a short recap after the event: what was discussed, what we learned, who we met. Written by the person who was there.
AI Founders at theTerminal Hub, powered by Lovable, Make, Gamma, HubSpot and Startup Grind. The community that goes from 0 to MVP in hours: an evening of building, not talking.

54 hours from idea to pitch at Les Naus. Marc spent the weekend sharing first-hand founder experience with a room full of hungry minds, inexperienced and experienced alike.
The common denominator: everyone in full do-it mode and eager to learn. That combination is exactly what a format like this is built for: 54 hours to try things that would otherwise take weeks, or that you would not dare attempt alone.
Individual discussions showed that the teams do not lack the skills to find the right problems or to build. Most questions were about strategy and distribution, in times where building is cheap and fast.
The final pitches proved the point: ideas spanning mental health, non-alcoholic spirits, mobility and networking. Some surprisingly far along, some still rough, but almost all of them addressing real-life problems. What they lack is exposure to markets, and that only comes by going out there, testing the MVP on potential clients and learning from it for the next iteration.
Having seen what the teams pulled off in 54 hours, we are optimistic about who is building companies next.
The shared-mobility community: around 150 operators and service partners, talks, workshops and a Product Lab. Our angle: automating the operational complexity behind sharing fleets.
The recap follows: what was discussed, what we learned, who we met.
Europe’s gathering for the generative-AI community: technology leaders, data and innovation experts, two days of talks on what GenAI changes in companies right now.
The recap follows: what was discussed, what we learned, who we met.
Around 400 exhibitors and 6,000 fleet professionals. Marc met rental and fleet operators on the floor, with parking fines, tolls and damage handling as the recurring topics.

731 attendees from 45 countries, 37 speakers on three stages. Maia by Make and the next generation of Make AI Agents were announced on stage.

Summit at Messe München, Open Space across the city. 200+ conference sessions and 500+ speakers on the future of mobility, our second home industry next to the public sector.
The recap follows: what was discussed, what we learned, who we met.
Our first Flotte. Two days of conversations with fleet managers, leasing companies and mobility providers about what in their back office still runs by hand.

Questions
The questions organisers and visitors ask us before an event.
Events where operations people meet: fleet and mobility fairs such as Flotte! and IAA Mobility, automation conferences such as n8n In The Loop and Make Waves, shared-mobility formats such as the MOQO Summit, and the València AI scene with GenAI Summit EU, Techstars Startup Weekend and Build Jam. Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf and València are our regular stops.
Yes. Robert Poensgen and Marc Shakory are former COOs and speak about automation and applied AI in real operations: what a city administration automates with n8n, how a real-estate investor processes 700 documents a month, where agents already work and where they do not. Talks, panels, workshops and co-hosted meetups, in German, English or Spanish. Write to contact@coompanion.io.
Automation with n8n and Make in practice, AI agents in operations, GDPR-compliant and self-hosted setups, citizen developers and enablement, document processing, and how an operational fix turns into a product (Innovation to Business).
Send a short note before the event with the topic you want to discuss, and we block 20 minutes on site. If you are already there, the LinkedIn profiles of Marc and Robert show who is on the floor that day.
Tell us the format, the audience and the date. We answer within two working days and say honestly whether we are the right fit.
